West Palm Beach Property Management

Property care and maintenance coordination for West Palm Beach owners. We handle the physical side so you do not have to fly back for every issue.

What we know about the West Palm Beach rental market

West Palm Beach is the largest city in Palm Beach County and its primary employment center, with an unusually varied housing stock — historic bungalows in Northwood and Flamingo Park, downtown high-rise condos along the waterfront, and suburban single-family homes inland toward Wellington. That variety matters for upkeep: a 1920s bungalow and a 2015 high-rise unit fail in completely different ways and need completely different trades. High-rise condos add another layer, with building management, elevator scheduling, and approved-vendor lists that have to be navigated before a contractor can even get to the door. We deal with that layer so the owner does not have to learn it from a thousand miles away.

What we handle in West Palm Beach

  • 24/7 emergency response — water, AC, power, lockouts, storms
  • Licensed and insured contractor coordination, verified before and re-verified annually
  • Scheduled inspections with dated photo documentation
  • Turn and make-ready coordination between tenancies
  • Seasonal work — AC servicing, shutters, water shutoff, utilities
  • HOA and building-management access and vendor approvals

Flat monthly fee per property. No percentage of rent. No markup on repairs — you pay the contractor directly, at their price.

What we don't do

Golden Key Estates is not a real estate brokerage. We do not advertise your property for rent, show it, screen applicants, prepare or sign leases, collect rent, or hold security deposits.

In Florida all of those require a real estate license. If you need them, we'll point you to a licensed Florida brokerage and stay out of the money entirely.
