Outside that window, Wellington is a family-oriented village with single-family homes on larger lots and steady year-round demand. Both patterns reward the same thing — scheduling vendors early, documenting condition before and after, and having someone physically present to let people in.

In Florida all of those require a real estate license. If you need them, we'll point you to a licensed Florida brokerage and stay out of the money entirely.
