We started this company because we’ve been in your shoes — as landlords ourselves, we know what it’s like to need help and not get it.
It all began when we were managing our rental property from out of state. One night, the water heater failed, and our tenants were left without hot water. We needed someone to act fast, but no one was available. That moment made it clear: reliable, hands-on property management was hard to find.
So, we built it ourselves. We carefully vetted and built a network of licensed, insured contractors who show up when it matters. We created systems to track payments, stay ahead of maintenance, and keep tenants happy — because that’s what we wanted for our own properties.
